According to new requirement of large diameter PVC pipe extrusion line, PVC plate extrusion line and high

speed profile extrusion line, Shanghai Jwell developed SJP series counter rotation parallel twin-screw extrud-

ers. This extruder has long L/D ratio screws, low-temperature plasticization and mixing unit, large torque speed

reduction system, long-life bearing and reliable electrical control system.

For the L/D ratio, we improve it to 26:1 or 28:1 from the initial 18:1. This improvement asks for more technol-

ogy for the temperature control in the screw core.

Special designed long-life bearing and high torque gearbox ensures the long using life of the extruder. This ex-

truder can adopt dosing feeding or gravity feeding. The barrel cooling has high efficient air-cooling method or

oil circulation cooling method.

SJZ series conical twin-screw extruder is a highly efficient agglomerating and extruding equipment.

Machines of this series feature low shearing rate, uneasy degradation , even plasticization and ag-

glomeration, reliable quality ,wide application range and long servicing life. Using PVC powder as raw

material for a direct forming, the exturders perform an excellent effectiveness. These machines have

automatic temperature control, vacuum gas exhaustion, oil cooled screws, stepless speed regulation,

as well as a forced feeding and self-cleaning mechanism.

Machines of this series have wide application. With appropriate extruding heads, screws and other

auxiliaries, they are able to directly convert plastics into pipes, plates, bars, films, hollow cross-sec-

cable pipes,aluminum-plastic composite profiles and etc.PVC profiles are widely used in the building industry,home

and office decoration.

Properties and Advantages: This line features stable Plasticization, high output,low sheering force,long life service and other

advantages. The production line consists of control system, conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin screw ex-

truder, extrusion die, calibration unit,haul off unit, film covering machine and stacker. The extruder is equipped with

alternating-current inverter (ABB or Eurotherm drive), imported temperature controller (RKC,Japan). The calibration

Siding panel applied in house ,office building, villa, and wall protection. Due to

its top layer covered with PVC, ASA, or PMMA, it can be used in hot, cold dry

or wet place, can bear long time sun light ,wind, rain and bad weather.

This line can be equipped with different pattern rollers, easily changeable.

Special designed calibration unit and good processing experience can make

operation easy and extend its life. Punch in line , it is more economical way.

Plastic and Wood Foamed Profile and Plate Extrusion Line

This machine uses the special designed screw and barrel, die and extrusion process to produce plastic and wood products. The

series of products are: One step thick plastic and wood plate extrusion machine, one step plastic and wood profile extrusion ma-

chine, one step plastic and wood decoration plate extrusion machine, plastic and wood pelletizing machine and different kinds of

plastic and wood dies.

This machine can use the one step extrusion method and also it can use the two-step extrusion method after pelletizing. The

two-step extrusion method can save the power and space, and the two-step extrusion method features the machine can gain the

high output and stable extrusion pressure. A pre-heating feeder is mounted on the top of the extruder which extracts the humidity

from the wood powder, so that the feeding section of the extruder can be filled with enough material and the plastification effect

will be better. Special and well designed screw enables the raw material to be evenly stay in the extruder. The screws and barrels

are bi-metallic treated, more wearable and anti-corrosion.

The machine can produce PE, PP or PVC and wood profile products. These products are mainly applied for making pallets, pack-

ing cases, floors, wall decoration materials and other wide applications. The wood powder or plant fiber can be put up to max.

50-75%. This machine can produce the PP, PE, PVC, ABS, PS and etc.

YF series PS foamed profile & plate extrusion line has compact structure, good plastification, high output, long life and other ad-

vantages. This line uses a JWS65 single screw extruder or a JWS100 single screw extruder which is equipped with the inverter,

imported electronic components and PT100 platinum resistance for a wide adjusting range and precise temperature control.

YF series PVC, PE, PP and wood panel ex-

trusion line has compact structure, good

plastification, high output, long life and other

advantages. This line uses SJZ92 conical

twin screw extruder, which provides wide

adjusting range and precise temperature

control.

The down stream equipment includes vacu-

um calibration and cooling unit,haul-off unit,

cutting machine and stacker.

The calibration unit is equipped with large

forced cooling system so that it can provide

perfect calibration effect.

The haul-off unit uses two lines of caterpil-

lar. The lower one is fixed and the upper one

can be adjusted according to plate size.

The cutting machine is equipped with PLC

control system which helps to set length and

provide accurate automatic cutting.

The stacker is covered with rubber grip

blocks to prevent products from damage.


Application: This kind of corrugated pipe is mainly used for underground water drainage system.

Properties: It is a fully computer controlled, automatic production line. It features high and stable output capacity, and highly au-

tomatic operation.Our production range is Φ75~Φ1500.

Extruder: Different types of extruder can be selected for the production line according to the material properties. For HDPE,you

can choose high efficient single screw extruder. For PVC, you can choose conical twin-screw extruder or parallel

twin- screw extruder.

Downstream equipment: The forming system of this line consists of mould and corrugator. The mould blocks can be easily

changed and they may have air or water cooling system. The belling process can also be realized on line. High preci-

sion cutting can be guaranteed by rotation type cutting machine. The production line can also be equipped with Sie-

mens program logic control system. By changing the extruder and relevant components, the line can produce PVC

double- wall corrugated pipe.

Application: This kind of pipe is high temperature resistance, anti-erosion,

anti-abrasion and with high strength. The pipe can be used

as oil pipe in automobile braking system, and for high tem-

perature gas, chemical liquid transferring.

Advantage: Jwell’s special designed screw and special structure mould

can protect the screw and barrel from easy-abrasion and give

an easy forming process.

Material: PA, Temperature range: -40℃ -115℃ , the product does not contain halide, anti-oil, anti-acid. Anti-inflamation rate is

HB (U 94). The black color pipe is ultraviolet resistant.

Material: PP, Temperature range: -20℃ -110℃ , the product is anti-oil, anti-acid, anti-alkali. The black color pipe is ultraviolet

resistant.

Material: PE, Temperature range: -40℃ -80℃ , the product is anti-

Large Diameter HDPE 2-layer, 3-layer Anti-flammable And Anti Static Electricity Pipe Extrusion Line

Features & Advantages: The modern developed 2-layer or 3-layer spiral mould is specially for double-anti pipe extrusion.

This pipe owns even and equal co-extrusion wall thickness, the inner and outer wall made of double-anti material (Anti-flammable,

anti static electricity), the core layer of HDPE wall, reasonably reduce the costs of double-anti material, accordingly reduced the

costs of the whole product.

Die & Down-stream Equipment: The die head adopts the Basket type or Spiral Mould designing, bear convenient adjust-

ment, extrusion melt even and equality advantage. Based of special calibration unit of notching technics and water circulation cool-

ing, which ensures the forming precision of the final product of pipe. By using advanced PLC system and large LCD screen which

This extrusion line is developed by our company by combining, absorb-

ing the latest European technology for high speed extrusion of HDPE, PP

and etc pipes. This line features compact structure, highly automation and

stable performance.

This line is widely used in producing HDPE water, gas supply pipe, dou-

ble-anti pipe for mine industries.

Aluminum-PPR Pipe Extrusion Line

To overcome the disadvantages of high dilatability, easy rot and distortion features of PP-R pipe, our company developed this Alu-

minum-PPR pipe extrusion line. This line firstly produce PP-R pipe as the inner layer, and aluminum foil covers on its surface as

the middle layer, and then extrude another layer of the PP-R on the aluminum as the outer layer. the aluminum foil is firmly sticked

with the plastic layer by the special thermo-glue.

This extrusion line is composed by PP-R inner pipe forming part, Aluminum forming, glue coating part, and outer wall extrusion

covering part. Compared with common PP-R pipe, the aluminum-PPR pipe not only have the features of high temperature resis-

tance, easy in connection, but also it has the advantages of low dilatability (1/3 of the dilatability of pure PP-R pipe), anti high pres-

sure, anti-UV, good anti-impact features in low temperature. These features enlarge the application of the common PP-R pipe.

This line can both produce common PP-R pipe and Aluminum-PPR pipe.

PP-R, HDPE single pipe and dual-strand pipe production lineApplication : High efficiency PP-R,HDPE single pipe and dual-strand

pipe production line widely used in the uptown apartment and village water

supply and drainage.

Feature and advantages: This production line aim at the charac-

teristic of the PP-R pipe HDPE adopts our own JWS series high efficiency

Application: According to the market requirements, together with some sci-

entific institutes, in October ,2003 , Shanghai Jwell developed

the silicon inner layer PE pipe extrusion line.

Advantage: With Jwell’s special designed screw and special structure

mould, this line features high extrusion speed, even silicon

layer, stable continuous production and easy operation.

PE Silicon core pipe for collective fiber glass use

Application: This kind of pipe owns the features of high temperature re-

sistance , anti-erosion , anti-abrasion and high strength . The

pipe can be used as oil pipe in automobile braking system, and

applied to high temperature gas, chemical liquid transferring.

PP & Calcium Powder Environmental Protection Sheet Extrusion Line

PP+ Calcium Carbonate Powder named as CT is the sheet which is made from PP with 40%-60% of high quality CACo3. it can

be recycled effectively and reused. CT product can easily burn as paper or wood due to its low energy release. It doesn’t exhaust

harmful gas and it can be used in other fields after recycling. Moreover, CT product can be resist 130 high temperature so that it can

be used in microwave-oven vessel. CT product will be widely used in food industry and becomes more and popular in the future

Comparing with other traditional heat insulation material(such as EPS、PU),XPS heat insulation plate features with better heat insulation, non-absorption of water, stress resistance, heat preservation, convenient installation and low cost. Therefore this plate can be widely used in house insulation system、cold storage、camps、barns and civil constructions, ground constructions such as air raceway, square, road and civil engineering constructions.

XPS heat insulation plate extrusion line consists of following main parts: mixing unit、extrusion part、downstream、pelletizing unit、foaming agent injection system、static mixer. The features of this line are excellent specification、reasonable design、high output capacity、low energy consumption and stable system.

XPS heat insulation plate extrusion line has two types of extruder configuration, one is by a 135 single screw extruder and a 150 single screw extruder in series, and the other kind is by a 65 co-rotation parallel twin-screw extruder and a 150 co-rotation parallel twin-screw extruder. The screw and barrel of this extruder are composed of multi sections. The raw materials can gain the best compounding effect

after undertaking high speed, high torque compounding in the barrels. The feeding system can input the glass fiber, additives and

so on materials, This pelletizing extruder is most suitable for the production of engineering plastics, plastic with fiber, high density

master batch, colored plastic and etc.

The applications of the co-rotation parallel twin-screw extruder are as following:
