The following revisions supersede the information contained in the original drawings and specifications and previous instructions to the extent referenced and shall become part thereof.

    PART 1: QUESTIONS SUBMITTED THROUGH PORTAL 1.1. PAINTING AREAS FOR SEPARATE PRICING

    .1 Question: .1 “Please identify rooms C101, C106 & C107 on the drawings so that we can

    review painting area for the separate prices. We will need to know the extent of painting, and current finishes (walls, celings, etc.).”

    .2 Response: .1 See attached drawings A-9 & A-10.

    1.2. VOLTAGE SENSING RELAY .1 Question:

    .1 “Please confirm if the Contractor needs the VSR (Voltage Sensing Relay) requirement. Some suppliers are saying they are not required.”

    .2 Response: .1 Yes the voltage sensing relays are required on this project.

    1.3. EXIT SIGNS .1 Question:

    .1 “Are the following notes relevant to this tender and if so, please verify quantities and provide specification on existing exit sign? Looks like you are asking for 5 spare Exits for each section for a total of 10?”
