surface with locking & handle arrangements and

with telescopic channel, T.W. lipping to exposed
ply edges with french polish and finishing, LED
lighting etc. The rate shall include all
necessary hardware fittings, electrical
connections/ switches/ sensors complete in
all resepect as per instructions of Bank's
Architect/ Engineer .

Bed - Providing & fixing of Bed (drawing
enclosed) , of size 6'6" X 5'0" including side
tables, made of 19 mm commercial ply of

by french polish, along with cushioned head
board of minimum height 3'0" from the bed
surface. The rate shall include all necessary
hardware complete in all resepect as per
design, drawing and instructions of Bank's
Architect/ Engineer.

We refer to the site visit held at Bank's flat no - 32, Usha Kiran Apartment on 12/09/2014 between 1100 to
1500 hrs in presence of our Officials and Bidder’s representatives wherein various queries were raised by the
prospective bidders.

You are advised to consider the above points while submitting the financial bids.
The above shall be complementary in contents with the existing terms and conditions of the tender except
otherwise explicitly superseded. Other terms and conditions of the tender shall remain unchanged.
This addendum shall form part of the tender i.e. contract agreement. The same shall be sealed and signed as
acceptance of those conditions without any modifications and submitted along with the Tender bid. Non-
acceptance of the Addendum by the Bidder or adding any other condition shall be treated as
conditional Tender and price bid of the such Tenderers shall not be opened.
The bidders have to submit “Unconditional Tenders” since all the queries have been addressed. Conditional
bids are liable to be rejected.
The last date of submission of the Tender shall remain unchanged, i.e on 23/09/2014 @ 1500 hrs at the same
venue and the Technical bid shall be opened on the same day @ 1530 hrs in the presence of authorised
Bidders’ representatives (who are present).
