• Partner with PSMA
• Provides a modular framework that allows the solution to grow according to demand
• Conforms to new NAMF and AS4590 Addressing standards

Benefits
• Economy of scale is promoted through the sharing of costs, such as development and on going costs, with the other jurisdictions nationally.
• Modular approach – framework can be expanded as required to adopt new services.
• Underpins Street Address Improvement Program (SAIP) service offerings .
• Aligned with the national approach as undertaken by other interstate jurisdictions.
• Landgate would only have to manage a single point of contact, PSMA.
• PSMA would be responsible for negotiations and management of all external and third party contracts for the Postal Address File (PAF) and the Geocoded National Address File (GNAF) datasets.
• Partnering with PSMA will provide governance around address management through compliance to AS4590 – 2006 Interchange of Client Information. Additionally, PSMA’s experience within the industry will positively contribute to the delivery of the project.
