Customer Signup Process To signup click on the link ‘customer registration’, fill all the fields and click on ‘create account’.

Upon successful signup you should see the following message.

Customer Order Process

Jewellery Type Selection You will place your order on the following screen.

Jewellery Design Selection You can select a design from the sample templates, merge a sample template design or upload your own design.

Diamond or Gem Selection The diamond and gem specifications can be selected. If gems are selected the customer will fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

Diamond Grading Selection The following shows the different diamond specification options. Click on the [?] for help on the different options.

Jeweller Quotation Process

Order Quotation After your order is submitted it is available for jewellers to view and quote on. Please be patient, this process can take some time. It is recommended that you wait for at least two quotes before you make a decision.

Quote Sent Screen If a jewellers wishes to quote on your design they will create a quote.

Jeweller Quote and Customer Order Acceptance Process

Quote Email When a jeweller quotes on your design you will receive a confirmation email.

System Quote Screen Once logged into the system you can see the full quote details.

Quote Acceptance Once you have reviewed the quote and have accepted it you will see the following message. This confirms that you have accepted the quote and details the next step, payment.

Payment Options Next steps: Now that the design has been approved and the quote accepted its time to decide on payment options. Option 1 - Escrow: Any Design Jewellers recommends using an escrow service to ensure the satisfaction of all parties involved in the transaction. Any Design Jewellers recommends the use of Escrow Angel (http://www.escrowangel.com.au). The fees are competitive and as it is a domestic Australian company no international transfer fees are charged. Option 2 – Choose your own preferred escrow service (http://www.escrow.com etc.). Be sure that you understand the process and all costs/fees involved and that the jeweller/gem merchant will use the service. Option 3 – Transfer the funds directly to the Jeweller/Gem-merchants. Using this method you may wish to transfer part of the funds upon order acceptance and the remainder upon successful completion of the jewellery. Please note that using this method the transaction is entirely between you and the jeweller/gem-merchant, any issues must be resolved directly between you and the jeweller/gem-merchant and Any Design Jewellers accepts no responsibility or liability. Important: The prices quoted by the jeweller/gem merchant include GST but do not include escrow and transfer fees. The quoted amount is the amount the jeweller/gem-merchant will receive in their bank account at the end of the transaction. The customer is to pay all other associated fees.
