Measuring Capabilities
With the part held between gage centers it will be rotated
and measured a full 360 degrees. This discriminating method of
measurement, recording 3600 data points per revolution,
results in the most complete measurement of critical profiles.
The Model 911 also has complete Z-axis measuring capabilities
for straightness, spacing and vertical location measurements.

Each gage is equipped with precise, versatile and robust
measurement software supported by help files and
complemented by additional utility programs. The utility
programs make it easy for the operator to set up a new part for
measurement or to modify an existing one. The Windows-
based software provides straightforward menu-driven work
screens. Part-specific dimensions and tolerances, including
profile information, is entered into the gage for indisputable
output reporting. The gage reports nominal values for
requested features, and also shows any error or deviation as
it relates to the intended design.

Chatter AnalysisUsing advanced FFT calculations, high data sampling and
accurate radial measurements, Adcole can quantifiably
measure and report machine-induced chatter. This analysis
