WhitGoal 1- Create the structures and pathways that allow for true trans-disciplinary learning (not isolated to a specific faculty member or group of teachers, not serendipitous, not a major culminating event– part of the LS fabric)
Goal 2- Developing a stronger leadership team who better understands and implements best practice as it relates to the art and science of leadership
Goal 3- Develop better skills personally around coherent leadership– figuring out the right drivers and frameworks for more action-oriented leadership (preventing: initiative overload, fragmentation, splintered acts, reactive decisions, etc.)

• Collaborate with Jim to successfully complete the SAIS accreditation process this year.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team members to “push out” a leadership curriculum to our faculty and staff.
• Network with Westminster (& Drew) academic leaders to effectively implement CFT programs that are central to L4L, the school’s vision and mission, and our funders.
• Partner with Westminster (& Drew) faculty to assist or facilitate in the development of best teaching practices.
