Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Fee Structure Fee Payable to the University of London (in pounds sterling only) Application handling fee : £92 once payable Initial registration fee : £470 once payable Module fee (£146 per module) : £584 thrice payable Examination fee (£178 per module) : £712 thrice payable Dissertation : £389 Laws Skills Portfolio : £222* • Laws Skills Portfolio - You only need to complete the Law Skills Portfolio (LSP) if: a. your effective date of registration was before 30 November 2014; b. you want a Qualifying Law Degree (QLD); c. you passed the Tort law module before May 2016. - The fee for LSP is payable in your final year. - The above rates are non-refundable and are quoted from the University of London prospectus 2018-2019 Application Handling Fee: - Must be paid with the submission of the application form (September) Initial Registration Fee: - Must be paid (after acceptance of the application by the University of London) with the submission of the University of London registration form (October) Module Fee: - The module fee apply to the students registering for study (October) Examination Fee: - Must be paid before entering the examination which commence the following May (January) Admission Requirements for LLB To be eligible to register for the LLB, you must normally be at least 17 years of age at the time of registration and have passes in: • Either two subjects at GCE A level, and at least three further subjects at GCSE or GCE O level (at not less than grade C) • Or three subjects at GCE A level (with one A level at not less than grade D) • Or three subjects at GCE A level, and one further subject at GCSE or GCE O level (at not less than grade C) • Or two subjects at GCE A level, and two further subjects at AS level. Note: Overlapping subjects in O levels and in A levels will not be counted. • Bachelors degree (in any subject) awarded by an institution acceptable to the University of London. • A 4 year bachelor degree (in any discipline) awarded by as institution acceptable to University of London may register for LLB degree under the Graduate Entry Rout. Students who register via the route are only required to complete 09 courses (instead of 12) for the LLB degree. Test of proficiency in English (provided this has been awarded within the past 3 years) • Bachelors degree (in any subject) awarded by an institution acceptable to the University of London. • A 4 year bachelor degree (in any discipline) awarded by as institution acceptable to University of London may register for LLB degree under the Graduate Entry Rout. Students who register via the route are only required to complete 09 courses (instead of 12) for the LLB degree. Fee Payable to British Council - For Exams conduction, Invigilation, venue and courier. KITE offers University of London Bachelor of Laws (LLB)The University of London LLB Programme is an honours programme, which can be completed in a minimum of three years and maximum of six years. The University of London, UK will award the LLB degree. The degree awarded by the University of London has exactly the same academics standard as a degree awarded to a student at the University of London. The main syllabus has been set and the course outlines are designed by the University of London.

LLB STRUCTURESStandard Entry LLB (3-6 years)• As a Standard Entry student you must register for Legal system and method in your first year of study.

Graduate Entry LLB (2-6 years)• If you have already completed a first degree then you may be eligible for the Graduate Entry LLB. This means that you will only have to study nine modules rather than 12 to complete the LLB. Eligibility for the Graduate Entry is at the discretion of the University

• You must pass the online course Law skills for graduates before completing registration. This course is compulsory for all Graduate Entry students and is designed to prepare you for legal study through the development of legal skills in the context of learning about key aspects of the legal system. The course is made up of four units and final multi-ple choice test, and notionally can be completed in 10 hrs.
