Adrenal Care Shakti arrives unto you when you accept your attunementand actively attends to reversing adrenal fatigue. Over active adrenals orlack of function can make many other systems in your body go awry.

Adrenals are glands that sit atop of each persons kidneys. They are part ofyour endocrine system which is made up of many glands. Adrenals releasehormones in response to stress and also affect the kidneys function.

Adrenal glands make various hormones such as: cortisol, corticosterone, andandrogens such as aldosterone and some sex hormones.

Corticosteroids regulate of inflammation, carbohydrate metabolism, proteincatabolism, blood electrolyte levels. They also determine our stress andimmune responses.

Mineralocorticoids such as aldosterone determine electrolyte and waterlevels. This means that sodium retention in the kidney increases in itspresence.

Your fight or flight response to fear or danger is fueled by epinephrine andnoradrenaline that your adrenal glands send directly into your bloodstream.

These are water soluble hormones made with the amino acid tyrosine.

There are a lot of areas in your body that are affected by the hormones thatthe adrenals create. If your adrenals are making too many or not enoughhormones, areas of your body may be having problems that are directlyrelated to your adrenal gland function.

Adrenal fatigue is common in this modern day life and could be noticed bysymptoms of fearfulness, arthritis, depression, insomnia, tiredness, feelingworn out or hopeless. Adrenal fatigue is called hypoadrenia.

This is different than Addisons disease. Addisons disease means that theAdrenals are not working as usual result of other auto-immune dysfunctions.

Adrenal Care Shakti helps to balance, replenish and reset your adrenals.

There are some physical exercises which are good for exhausted adrenalsand some that would just make the problem worse. You want to increaseenergy flow in your body, not reduce the already limited amount of reserves.

It would be wise to progress gradually with exercise that helps your bodyreverse from a catabolic state to an anabolic state where muscles begin torebuild. If you feel that youve been in a state of adrenal fatigue orexhaustion, it is wise to engage in exercise that includes breathing, stretchingand a fluidity of motion such as dance.

Proper breathing can really help your adrenals regain balance and health.

You have a Somatic Nervous System and an Autonomic Nervous System.

This means that you can, of your own accord, control your breathing or yourbody will do it for you. When you breathe normally you use intercostalmuscles, your abdominal muscles and your respiratory diagphram.

Your nervous system oversees all muscular activity yet is affected by howyou move. In this way, you can influence your nervous system for good orill by your breathing style.

If you breathe shallowly your oxygen intake is limited and this adds stress toyour body. If you were to hold your breath at the end of inhalation orexhalation it stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, making the adrenalweakness worse.

To assist your adrenal health, the proper breathing patterns are smooth,quiet, rhythmic and of regular length and volume.

Use abdominal breathing; this is where you can see your tummy move asyou breathe in and out.

There is no need to force more air in or out of your lungs. If you do, this candrain your body of its energy reserves.

An attunement or empowerment is a dose of energy frequencies that matchthe energy of this energy system

Once you have received that dose of energy, your body and spirit willrecognize that energy and easily access the energy stream from EternalSacred Source that IS the energy stream of this particular energy system.

Attunements can be sent long distance by means of an energy sphere, oftencalled a chi-ball and it is kept safe by your Angels and guides of EternalLight. It is released to you when you call it in, like a prayer to receive it.

Shakti are feminine-like creative healing forces of Eternal Sacred Sourcewho are sentient. This means that they are intelligent and self aware. Theyare similar to angels but not of the same lineage. They are closer to forces of

nature in form, yet are conscious and respond to your requests. Their workwith you for your health and enlightenment are under the authority of yourhigher self and soul. They are direct emanations of Eternal Sacred Source.

Many Shakti will be clothed in the skills and job descriptions that theywill be providing to humanity, animals, plants and other life forms here onEarth. I imagine it as a special place in the HeavenlyRealms that prepare Shakti for each special type of job here on Earth.
