Hello my friend!

In this report you are going to learn about 3 very successful adsense sites in 3 very different niches.We'll break down the traffic, earnings and keywords... then I'll do a bit of research and show you what Ithink are some really great available opportunities.

The point of all this is to fast track your results building adsense sites. By building sites based onalready uber successful adsense sites your number of winning results will take a total 180 degreechange.

See, most people build 10 to 20 adsense sites on various niches and pray that at least a couple of themwill end up being good earners. I have done this myself. If I launched 100 small sites, it almost alwaysends up that 20% of them do amazingly and the rest are so so. Well, I was tired of this hit and missapproach so I started really analayzing ALREADY successful sites and looked for ways to capitalize ona sub niche of these sites.

Well, the results have been amazing. My most recent batch of 10 sites launched resulted in 7 of thembeing very clear winning sites and the rest I should be able to greatly improve with a bit more hardwork.

It's all about efficiency and working smarter not harder.

I think taking the advice I lay out in this report is one of the smartest things you can do if you want towork smarter, more eficiently and get to your goals quicker and easier.

We'll just dive right in now and start breaking things down for each site. The rest of the report will bebroken into 3 sections, one for each website. At the end of each section is the opportunity analysiswhere I break down keywords I think you can take action on today and do very well.

Notes: Right off the bat I notice that the domain is 4 words. I personally always try to stick withdomains that are at the most 3 words but as you can clearly see - it really doesn't matter. In the end itcomes down to quality content plus a LOT of links.

Speaking of links, there is a lot of them over 4,000 backlinks. I did a quick browse of the yahooexplorer results and many of the sites linking in are NOT related to the nursing niche. The anchor text

of the actual backlinks are very relevant but the sites themselves are from everything from faux woodblinds to motorhome sites with a lot of blog comments. This kind of busts a belief that a lot of peoplehave about the importance of the type of sites you are building backlinks from. I did see the occasionalhealth or nursing website linking back but the vast majority of the links are NOT from the sameniche.

Let's talk about the traffic and avg cpc - I plugged the primary keywords into the google keyword tooland it shows 18,000+ per month for the primary keyword and an avg cpc of $2.43. As you do yourresearch for different niches keep these numbers in mind. We know that these types of numbers have

the potential to result in a $3K/mo adsense site! The traffic is pretty decent but you'll also notice thatthe avg cpc is nothing special. When I build sites, I look for a minimum of $1 avg cpc. But you can useyour discretion. If there is a lot of traffic, then a lower cpc is ok. The more you study sites like this thebetter you'll get at determining if there is opportunity and where exactly you can harness it.

This isn't the first site I have seen in the career training niche on flippa.com. I recently also stumbled

across a site focused on pharmacy tech career training that was doing very well with adsense. This isanother big hint that this niche is a hot one!

Another point that people seem to get hung up on is the design phase of building these sites. This sitehas been re-designed since it was purchased on flippa and there is no longer adsense on it.... however.If you look at the flippa listing, you'll see a screenshot of the old site... It's just a simple, mostly whitewordpress concept with two large adsense units near the top.

Keep things simple, give visitors the quality content they want and place your ads prominently.

OpportunityThere is clearly opportunity here in this niche. There is a lot of traffic and a decent avg cpc. Plus thereare dozens of potential sub niches you can enter and very easily build up a nice passive $300 to $400 amonth. Or you can go after one of the more competitive terms and make it a long term project youKNOW will pay off in the end. Personally, I like to swoop in and create a site quickly based around asub niche of the primary website and move on to the next niche.

Once you have a list like this, you can do some research to determine which terms would be easiest torank for. But, if there is competition, there is also profit! Just depends on your long term goals. If youwant a few hundred a month, go for the primary term with the least competition. If you want to build a$1,000+/mo authority site for the long run, go after the competition... just stay way from terms thathave a lot of .edu and .gov links in the top 5 results.

I quickly checked some of the above terms with TrafficTravis and found this one that I really like.There is a fair bit of competition but a top 5 ranking should be fairly easy and over time, a top 2 listingwill pay VERY well.

Now this is funny. There is already a made for adsense site at number 1 for this term.http://www.phlebotomytraininginfo.comThat is actually a GOOD sign which is additional affirmationthat ranking for this term should be fairly straight forward.

There ya go! Now you can see the process I go through to sniper ideas from an already successfuladsense site. There's $10's of thousands of monthly adsense potential in the medical career trainingniche!

Run with the phlebotomy training idea or find another term that looks good to you and you reallycan't lose.

The only reason you could lose is if you give up on your seo efforts too soon. It typically takes 10 Xthe amount of links than you think it's going to take to rank for a keyword. Just stay the course andKNOW with confidence that these are high paying niches. Don't you think investing a grand or two isworth making $500 to $1,000 per month or more for as long as you own this site? I think so! Now getto work :)

I am guessingthe traffic is pretty good along with adsense earnings. Another site I found with adsense is:http://www.ohgizmo.com/2011/02/17/easidream-lulls-babies-to-sleep-with-womb-like-motions-and-sounds/ OhGizmo is similar in concept to our case study site in that they also review cool gizmos and

gadgets and share them with their readers.

The key to these gadget blogs is that they get a ton of traffic. The avg cpc for their target keywordsmight not be super high but they make up for it with a lot of traffic.

The other side of these blogs that makes them a double slam dunk is that as the publisher, you canreview the specific product and then if it's on amazon... BAM. You make commissions from actualproduct sales AND you'll be doing very well with adsense.

Here's the link to the top 100 technology blogs at technorati. This is gold! You have 100 sites with a100 different ideas to borrow from.

Tip: Go to the most popular sites and see what THEIR most popular posts are and write about the sametopic. It doesn't get any easier than that.

Like I said before, coolest-gadgets.com is a massive site today but it was started just like any other witha domain and a dream.

Opportunity

The very first thought I have about moving into this niche is to simply pick a popular sub niche. So,

instead of trying to cover all things, get more specific. For example off the top of my head, you couldtarget car gadgets kitchen gadgets home office gadgets spy gadgets... The ideas are endless solet's check out our resources and see what is getting traffic.

Note: Although the avg cpc is lower in this case study for a lot of the terms, you will more than makeup for it with the viral nature of the traffic in this niche. This is the type of stuff people browse for funand when they are ready to buy.

This niche is really ideal for the gadget geek. If you are always talking about the latest gadgets andalways having to have the latest gadgets (you know who you are!) then I would start blogging aboutyour favorite topic and make some killer cash doing it.

You can stick with a broad focus like our case study or better yet, choose a sub niche like one of thesepulled from the above list:

looks. There's amazon and other big name retail sites in the top 10. That's a good sign as they are prettyeasy to out rank.

However, after looking at the additional keywords and traffic related to spy gadgets I think it is one Iwould skip. There's great traffic to the primary keyword but the sub keywords are a bit lacking i.e. >500 monthly searches for each additional term.

Let's try kitchen gadgets instead...

Now, I like this keyword a lot better already. As you can see above there is 4 sites with a PR (pagerank) of 0. That is a good sign and will make our job much easier.

Another important note about this keyword is that the avg cpc is quite low at $0.75, however, that isperfectly fine in this case. See, people spend a lot of money on their kitchens... appliances, flooring,lighting etc. And these individual posts within your blog will have high paying ads displayed on them.

Let's say we are reviewing the latest high tech super refrigerator that retails for $3K+. The ads on thatpage will be costing advertisers a lot more than $0.75.

Let's go back to the GKWT and see what are some potential pages of content to write up and get oursite started...

Now you have a primary keyword - kitchen gadgets. You have at least 10 additional keyword ideas tostart writing content on. If you are a crazy, cooking, kitchen nut who already loves to bake and havenice things in your kitchen, this niche is perfect! But seriously - I really do believe you can not losewhen you follow these steps to choose a niche.

The niche has already been proven and we are just going down a level within that same niche andcarving out our own piece of the adsense pie.

Now, the structure of your site is important also. You want to have good categories and structureeverything the way google likes it. That's not what this report is about but it is important. Thefoundation though is to do good research up front so that everything falls in to place much easier lateron manly in the form of quicker profits!

In terms of where this site gets it's traffic from... they have a lot of #1 rankings for not just one or twoprimary keywords but for hundreds.

There is massive competition for the primary keyword home improvement with over 80 millioncompeting sites out there. However, this is still good news for us authority site snipers! With such ahuge amount of competiton we know that this is a profitable niche. Because with that competition wealso find that there is a ton of traffic. Just think about all the different things that can go wrong withyour house... as a homeowner myself, I know it's endless and the money ads up quick when it comes tohome repairs. Think about it this way... what are the most expensive things you'll have to do to yourhouse if it's an older home... items that people spend thousands, even 10's of thousands on when the time comes.This is the perfect example of how you can just look around your house and find profitable niches toenter. Sitting here in my office I just have to look down at the floor and I see the old hardwoods that wewant to get carpeted. There's a potential niche... carpeting.

Look at this excerpt from the google case study:

Tims AdSense revenues now average $1400 a day and growing. Overall, Carter is enthusiastic about AdSense: itallows him to focus on content development, and gives him built-in tools to measure ad performance and makechanges to maximize revenues. "People come to me for help," says Carter. "They get what they need from my

columns and advice - and also from ads delivered by AdSense."

The main thing to take from this quote is that the owner of the site is simply providing content thathelps his readers. Then adsense does the rest and gives him a very nice $1400 a day. If this isn'tmotivating for you, I don't know what would be.

Opportunity

If you use your brain, you can come up with a ton of ideas for sub niches in the home improvementniche. I just brainstormed a bunch in 60 seconds. Think about what you have or will in the future haveto spend at least $1,000 on in your home... Now, think about if you could do it yourself, where wouldyou go to learn about fixing your problem, that's right! The WWW. I recently had our old dryer stopworking so I logged on to google and started looking up dryer repair... but what I also did was click afew Home Depot ads offering to give me an instant fix to my problem. (the funny thing is, I ended upbuying from Lowes because they are closer)

Do you see the magic with this niche? This is how the internet is supposed to be used... people log inand look for free information to help them solve problems or learn about something. We then simplyfunnel that traffic to advertisers and get paid.

Now we have a lot of great sub niches to start investigating.

I quickly did a competition analysis of home window repair and I really liked what I saw. Thenumber one ranked page only had a couple backlinks!

Now, home window repair does not get a ton of traffic but window repair does. So I would go atthis in a two step process... get ranked #1 for the lesser term and then go after the tougher term.

But here is what is amazing about this niche... there are tons types of home windows and differentbrands that you can target and get paid very well for it...

Look at these stats, notice the high traffic and high cpc... each one of these keywords can becomecategories or sub pages for your website. Almost all the Avg CPC's are $3+. Check it out:

As you can see, this is a very strong niche with high paying traffic!

If it was me, I would most likely go after a #1 ranking for something competitive like window repairand then flesh out the site based around the keywords above.

Based on the stats at trafficTravis, a #1 ranking will be pretty tough, but #2 will be much much easier.This is based on the number of backlinks (#1 site has 12,500 vs. #2 only having 120).

The hardest part about this is having the patience and consistency to stick with a site like this until youreach #1. SEO is no mystery. It just takes a lot of effort (links) and usually a few months to startranking very well for tough terms. But as we know, this is a top tier niche that will reward us for ourefforts.
