How to manage IT assets through the stages of their lifecycle. Making more efficient use of IT assets. The legal and regulatory compliance requirements. Preparing and the distributing asset report throughout the organisation. Development of effective SAM and HAM policies and processes. Pre-requisites: Candidates do not need any pre-requisites for this course Targeted Audience: Software asset managers, IT asset managers and professionals in IT procurement. Information about Certification:

The course fee includes the exam which is taken at the end of the course if classroom based or if taken as a VCE course, a voucher will be issued for you to take the exam on-line at a date that that suits you. You will be required to create an account with BCS prior to taking the exam. Detail of the process will be communicated within the course

The Exam is a 60-minute exam, with 40 questions and the pass mark is 65%.
