Reports need to be clear, but when reports are shared with outside parties (over the web) the formatting needs to be clear, professional and easy to understand

The report data should not be ‘changeable’

Complex data needs to be rearranged for better interpretation

Change Font or Color for Row Patterns or Fields

To change the format of a row pattern or a field, click on the field or on the field to the left on the row pattern to select the area.

Then use the formatting toolbar or menu to select the required change.
