STATE-OF-THE-ART EQUIPMENT
1. Expanded Polystyrene (EPS)Also known as EPS, this low cost foam is white in color and is ideal for blocking and bracing objects. Available in anti-static material.
2. Polyurethane Foam (PU)PU foam is very diverse and can be used for many different packaging applications. It has excellent cushioning properties and is soft to the touch. Available in conductive ESD safe material.
3. Polyethylene Foam (PE)PE has a diverse application even when it is not design oriented. With its three most common densities, bright and attractive colors, sometimes it is chosen for its cosmetic appeal rather than its cushioning properties. Multiple crosslink densities are also common. Available in conductive ESD safe material.

1. Fiber Corrugated Corrugated box are the workhorse of the industry providing economical value to disposable packaging. Available in Kraft and White substrates in a variety of calibers, custom sizes and print options. Conductive ESD safe materials are readily available.
2. Plastic CorrugatedPlastic corrugated are used to clean room and returnable solutions. It is available in various calipers and colors. Available in conductive ESD safe material.
3. Green Earth Friendly Foam
This is a highly, durable comfort material containing plant based renewable, raw materials. These natural ingredients replace significant amounts of the petroleum-based materials traditionally used in foam-manufacturing.
