The Advanced Geisha School in Honolulu lifted

a few fortunate women to new levels of awareness

through pleasure. What makes this adventure unique

Did you know that joy is your natural state? It’s true—

anytime that you are free from squabbling with other homo

sapiens you automatically revert to delightful enjoyment.

A famous naturalist conducted a study of baboons, and after

years of careful observation he came to the conclusion that the

biggest problem of baboons is other baboons. You would think

their problem was lions or hunger or disease. But virtually all of

their suffering came about as a result of interactions with others

of their own kind. Sound familiar?

We created Sage University as the first institution of higher

learning that shows people how to interact playfully, both

privately and professionally. Over the years we have watched

many of our students learn to treat their associates and families

with deep respect.

Our record is far from perfect. Some of our students and

graduates haven’t yet mastered the art of loving kindness. But

many now earn a living by providing service from the heart.

They win clients by treating them with profound respect.

Every infant knows how to love and appreciate, so we aren’t

teaching a skill as much as unlearning years of bad habits. Thank

Whenever we read new reports that

unemployment rates in Germany are better than

in Spain or America, we have to laugh. It has to

be a man that creates those statistics, because the

situation for women in Europe remains

unchanged. Fewer than 14% of Euro managers

are women, compared to nearly 50% in the US.

Perhaps that is why so many Sage University

students are bright women that feel drawn to

operating their own businesses. It takes four

years of education to learn to operate an effective

business, and then another few years to achieve

success. But the payoff is there for those that are

willing to stay the course and put in the time.

WHAT’S NEW

I am so excited to be the new owner and operator of

Miamar Productions, Inc. It has always been my dream to

achieve success in the game of business. The fact that I am

already conducting business on two continents is beyond my

fondest dream.

Sometimes people get the idea that us manager-types are a

little boring. Marketers inspire people to participate.

Visionaries spin exciting lives for their clients. But as a

certified paper pusher, I am here to tell you that my life is as

exciting as anyone I know.

The best part of my job is managing all of the artistic and

agent types that make up most of the coaching and training

profession. Elvis had Colonel Parker—Sting had Miles

Copeland—but you have me. It is a great honor that you trust

me enough to assist you in directing and organizing your

careers. And now the Year of the Dragon has arrived, so I am

ready to push you to all new highs.

Heike Hoch and Katja Rossel have done it

again—they just completed the best Coaching Game

seminar in Germany. The premise is great. They put

together a course and then invite trainers from Ibiza

to Skype in to participate in the course. Everyone

learns, everyone earns, and everyone finishes the 6-

day course with a new dimension of aliveness.

There are now Sage graduates offering classes all

over the world. If Paris, France is your cup of tea you

will want to connect with Eva Kuby. Together with

Mia she will be conducting the Advanced How to

Talk to Men training there June 29th. Plan to spend a

couple of extra days for shopping and socializing.

Destination Hawaii

Xochitl Hernandez has done an amazing job by

opening Miamar Productions, Inc, (parent company of

Sage University) in Honolulu. Her life over the last

several months has been in tune with the legends of so

many other pioneers that have opened cities around the

world to share our approach to free agent

entrepreneurship. She has survived and thrived alone

with few resources and little visible support. Now Lucy

Egg is joining her in the middle of the Pacific to expand

our mission. If you have Xochitl or Lucy as friends on

Facebook, be sure to congratulate them for living their

adventures and making all of our lives so much more

exciting.
