The Sosaley Motor Control System (SMCS), linked to our BMS, delivers comprehensive vehicle management including GPS, CAN/LIN integration, remote management,

cloud, alerts, and other features.Sosaley Technologies offers advanced motor controllers for BLDC, PMDC, Claw Pole Alternator, and PMSM motors. SMCS can be be used in a variety of environments that include automotive, industrial, and domestic usage. We are working with LucasTVS, Sundaram Fasteners and others to develop controllers for the motors they manufacture including ISG for 2-wheelers, 3-wheeler cargo vehicles, oil pumps, fans, and air conditioners.

The Sosaley Motor Control Solutions (SMCS) handles both AC and DC motors. The SMCS reads data from the motor through all available sensors including hall effect sensors.

The controller is overpowered with a 32-bit micro-controller and has enough juice to sense, calculate, decide, and control - all in a few microseconds. SMCS has been tested with real life loads and for periods of up to 24 months.

SMCS has multiple algorithms for motor control. In Trapezoidal Control, SMCS manages the amplitude of energy that is delivered to the motor. In Field Oriented Control (FOC), it understands the flux orientation of the motor, and uses advanced mathematical logic to arrive at the next step.

The BLDC SMCSProven for a 5kW motor, the BLDC SMCS is now being tested for 14kW and 50kW motors.
