Spectrometer: 100 versus 1000

• Separate optional second sensor

• Systems captures spectra of measured oil

• Spectra can identify

– Water content changes

– Gives a second sensor PPM indicator

– Issues and problems

• Spectrometer is an invaluable tool for identifying issues, debugging and process control

What is Video Microscopy?

• A digital camera with a magnification lens is used to capture an image

• The image is then processed to find objects of interest such as oil droplets, solids and gas in water

What our customers say

“These Advanced Sensors’ units have required

no operator attention and they have freed up

our lab technicians from sampling and

analyzing twice a day.”

“What is special about the new gauge is that it

cleans itself – and the instrument outlets. The

EX1000 has performed beyond expectation

with no maintenance issues since start-up.”
