1.1 PROJECT INFORMATION

A. Cleveland County is soliciting informal bids for Office Renovations for Cleveland County Animal Shelter, Shelby, North Carolina, ESD project number 16-208-000 as shown on drawings dated 9-2-2016.

B. This bid is only for work on the inside of the building, in the attic and in the crawl space as shown. Some of the work shown on the inside has been completed. Contractor shall be responsible for visiting site and verifying what has been completed and shall be responsible for providing everything necessary for the project to be completed as shown.

C. Bid shall include architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical trades.
