Note: The cost of either two health screens or two fitness assessments or one of each will be subsidised at anytime per policy year.*
* If members choose to have their fitness assessment with Virgin Active or LA Fitness, this will remain free of charge. The new Nuffield Health MOT assessment will be free for Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing gym members, but non-members will be charged £40.

All policyholders who have a PruProtect Plan that started on or after the 16th November 2008 receive automatic membership to the Vitality programme with Lite Rewards, and a premium structured so that it remains level or decreases depending on engagement in the programme*.
Policyholders who have a PruProtect Plan that started before the 16th November 2008 receive automatic membership to the Vitality programme with Full rewards but with a premium structured so that it could increase depending on engagement in the programme.
