Satish S, Senior Partner

Satish.S is an associate member of the ICAI and CWAI. He has worked

in big Four as partner apart from long stint in industry as global head of

tax in L&T. He has advised large industries on Indirect Tax, FTP, tax

aspects of mergers, amalgamations and acquisitions. He is a prolific

speaker in august forums and industry trade bodies' conferences.

D Arvind, Managing Partner

D Arvind is the founder and managing partner of the firm. Having

worked in leading MNCs as Tax & Legal head and thereafter in big

four firms as Partner, he founded DAA in 2010 with a vision to create a

boutique organization.

He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India,

Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Indian Council of

Arbitration.

He is well known for conducting Tax Optimization Studies for large

industries and has carried out more than 115 Tax Optimization Studies.

Vispi T. Patel has an experience of over 34 years in Direct Tax, Transfer

Pricing, International Tax, Global Structuring and other allied fields of

professional work. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered

Accountants of India. He represents the clients before the revenue and

appellate authorities, including the ITAT. He has been nominated as

India's leading Transfer Pricing Consultant by International Tax

Akshay Arvind is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary

He heads a team of 7 Qualified & Experienced Professionals and more

Ramesh Ved, Managing Partner of Associate Firm

Ramesh Ved is a highly accomplished finance professional who has

worked as CFO of very large industrial conglomerates – blue chip

MNCs and Indian groups, with rich experience in developing and

monitoring business and financial strategies, planning and

performance management, fund raising, treasury management,

processes & controls, taxation, secretarial apart from exposure in other
