The   Isle   of  Man  registered   company  was   founded  in   2005   by   the   current   business   head,   Martin  Sanderson,  with   over   30   years’   experience   in   the  aviation   industry.   The   business   has   grown   in  reputation,   with   the   majority   of   new   business  coming   by   direct   recommendation   from   the  existing   client   base.   Our   client   portfolio   includes  Banks,   Lease   Companies,   Corporate   Service  Providers,   Law   Firms,   Airlines,   Maintenance  Organisations  and  High  Net  Worth  Individuals.  

 

The  head  office   is  in  the  Isle  of  Man  supported  by  over   30   consultants   with   worldwide   coverage,   in  places   such   as   Spain,   France,   Switzerland,  Germany,   Malaysia,   Philippines,   Thailand,  Singapore,   Australia,   New   Zealand,   USA   and  Canada.

Our   team   covers   all   disciplines   including  Technical   Records,   Physical   Inspections,  Valuations,   Project   Management,   New   Build  Inspections   and   Acceptance,   Document  Scanning,   QA   Auditing,   Asset   Monitoring  Inspections,   Maintenance   Representation,  Aircraft  Handbacks,  Aircraft  Repossessions  and  Cabin  &  Systems  Reconfiguration.    As   an   Isle   of   Man   based   company   we   have   a  very  close  working  relationship  with  the  Isle  of  Man   Aircraft   Registry.   Aerotech   International  was   the   first   company   to   place   a   large  commercial  airliner  on   the   Isle  of  Man  Aircraft  Register   for   the   purposes   of   transitioning   it  from   one   operator   to   the   next.     To   date   we  have   successfully   assisted   lease   companies  with  this  facility  to  transition  a  large  number  of  Aircraft   from   differing   states   of   registry   and  operators.    

We  appear  on  the  Isle  of  Man  Governments  list  of   suppliers   in   support   of   the   Isle   of  Man   'M'  Register.

Aircraft   Repossessions   –  When   financial   situations   change,   you  can   rely   on   Aerotech   International   to   be   able   to   support   the  recovery  of  your  Aircraft  and  Records  Assets.  We  can  help  move  the   aircraft   to   a   ‘safe’   location   where   it   can   be   inspected   and  repaired  as  necessary  ready  for  re  marketing.

Commercial  Aircraft  Services  

Aircraft   Asset   Monitoring   Inspections   –   Our   experienced  assessors   can   quickly   gauge   the   condition   of   your   aircraft   asset  and   associated   records,   reporting   in   whatever   formats   you  require.  We  can  even  manage  your  entire  inspection  schedule  for  you  ensuring  you  have  your  reports  by  their  due  dates.  

Aircraft   Asset   Lease   Transitions   –   Aerotech   International   can  supply   either   specific   specialist   assistance   or   a   full   team   to  manage   the   transition   of   your   aircraft   between   operators   or  acceptance   prior   to   parking   or   part   out.   We   can   inspect   your  aircraft   and   records   to   ensure   compliance   with   lease   return  covenants  and  manage  any  required  modifications  and  packaging  of  the  records  prior  to  their  presentation  to  the  next  customer.

New   Aircraft   Build   Services   –   Aerotech   International  can   carry   out   stage   inspections   of   your   new   aircraft  during   the   build   process.   Reporting   back   on   the  progress   and   resolving   concession   issues   with   the  manufacturer.  At   the  end  of   the  build  process  we  can  carry   out   technical   acceptance   on  your  behalf,   liaising  with   the   relevant  airworthiness  authority  for  the   issue  of  the  required  documents  and  certificates.  

Asset  Condition  Monitoring  –  Just  as  you  would  with  a  commercial   aircraft   it   is   important   to   know   that   your  valuable   aircraft   asset   is   being   looked   after   properly  and   is  maintaining   its  comparative  value.    We  can  also  review  the  activities  of  your  operator  to  make  sure  that  they  are  delivering  best  value  for  your  money  

Executive    Aircraft  Services  

Pre  Purchase  Inspections  –  We  can  carry  out  a  physical  inspection   of   the   proposed   purchase.   Reporting   the  condition   of   the   Aircraft   against   the   sales   particulars  and  carry  out  an   independent   valuation   to  ensure   the  asking  price  is  in  line  with  the  condition  of  the  aircraft.  We  can  also  report  on  the  suitability  of  the  aircraft  for  acceptance   onto   the   chosen   National   Airworthiness  Authority  Register.  

Maintenance  Representation  –  Aircraft  require  regular  maintenance.   Aerotech   International   can   provide   an  experienced   Licensed   Aircraft   Engineer   to   be   present  during   the  maintenance   input;   ensuring   that  any   non-­‐routine  work  or   spares   ordered   are  within   reasonable  cost   estimates.   We   can   also   carry   out   a   desk-­‐based  review  of  your  maintenance  invoices  and  highlight  any  anomalies   that   may   require   addressing   with   the  maintenance  organisation.
