MALCOLM ARNOLD, NABMalcolm Arnold has worked in the finance sector for over 15 years inmanagement and senior management roles covering corporate and businessbanking, retail banking and training & skills development. Malcolm holds aMasters in Applied Finance, a Bachelor of Economics and his Diploma in FinancialServices.

Malcolm currently leads the NAB’s Financial Planner Banking team that haspresence in all states of Australia.

Malcolm presents regularly to advisers and dealer groups around financingoptions for their financial planning practices, and can provide insight as to how afinancier sees your business.

CHRIS KIRBY, AMPChris is the National Technical Manager for AMP life. In this role Chris isresponsible for the delivery of product and technical strategies to planners andlicensees. Chris has been with AMP four year, and prior to this Chris was Head ofLife Risk for Zurich. Chris has depth of risk experience across underwriting,business development and marketing.

TOM LAWTON, PROFESSIONAL INVESTMENT SERVICES Tom’s 13 year financial services career started in investment banking. He has alsoworked in various senior management positions within funds management.

Tom's current role in PIS is the ongoing business development and guardianshipof strategic alliances for all our international businesses. This includesrelationship development and maintenance for multi-national product providersand venture partners across all countries.

On the sporting front, Tom is a highly accredited elite sports coach, and has adistinguished record in representing Australia in Rugby Union.

JIM TAGGART, AFA NATIONAL PRESIDENTJim is Managing Director of two independent financial services licensees, andhold CFP status in the financial advising services and QPIB status for generalinsurance services. Jim's businesses provide services predominately in WesternSydney. Prior to commencing his financial services career in 1987, Jim was ateacher in the Catholic Education system in varied teaching roles includingDeputy Principal.

Jim is a part time lecturer at the University of Western Sydney, currentChairperson of the NSW TAFE Western Sydney Institute Advisory Council, currentNSW Director for the Association of Financial Advisers, on several advisoryBoards, and is a strong supporter of the community. Jim has completed hisBachelor of Arts, Master of Arts, Master of Commerce [Financial Planning],Diploma of Teaching and is currently a Doctorate of Business Administration.
