•Some rural communities mostly depend on paraffin, palm oil , kerosene and other carbon compounds that burn and we are concerned about their health issues and potential for deforestation. According to available stats, reliance on kerosene kills one in every 20 seconds in Sub-Saharan Africa.

•Our Solar lighting programme is based on need for alternative sources to tackle use of high carbon fuels and replace them with affordable solar lighting systems.
