Africana Section/Special Collection

The whole of Africana/Special Collection is Closed Access and houses the following materials:• Books, periodicals related to East Africa and on Uganda in particular.

• General books on Africa and other documents on Uganda, deposited mainly as a result of the Legal Deposit Act, which requires every publisher and author of a book in and about Uganda to deposit a copy to Makerere University Library.
