A.G. Vision Construction Nigeria Ltd is a Limited Liability Company registered in Nigeria with the financial and technical

backing of some offshore companies and investors. We carry over forty years of experience in multiple construction

activities. We share the Federal Government vision to develop Nigeria with a view to opening up the region and

empowering the people.

A.G. Vision turner workshop was founded with talented members of the engineering profession in order to operate in the

fields of general metal fabrication and specific engine parts reconditioning and was structured in order to satisfy

customers first as we believe that customers comes in first place. This pragmatic approach has enabled the workshop to

develop into one of the most dynamic business in its field.

In order to be able to carry through a successful business to business relationship we have assembled an outstanding

collection of specialized tools as well as more versatile turning equipment and hands on material technicians that enable

us to complete any general fabrication job or engine reconditioning and advisory.

Over the years the workshop has acquired broad expertise in its fields. Its qualified staff and up-to-date equipment,

supported by extensive experience in compliance with international regulations and specifications, constantly increasing

its technical capabilities, its cost effectiveness and its staff selected “a la carte” allow our workshop to deliver job of high

quality which enabled us to acquire and maintain long-term relation with customers such as SETRACO, A&K, GILMOR,

GITTO and ZEBERCED. A price list of our services is hereby attached and in case of any other not priced services or

customized work you might need we preserve the right to price it on case by case basis.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PAYMENT TERMS:

All payments are to be in CASH at the time of collection (or delivery): only cleared bank checks are acceptable. A.G.

Vision construction Nig. Ltd. may refuse to release the article on completion or repairs unless and until full

payment has been made by the customer.

2. JOB ACCEPTANCE:

On demand, or for repairs, A.G. Vision construction Nig. Ltd. will make an acceptance form including the charges of

the repairs and a job card to be submitted to the customer. In all cases an acceptance form is an approval from

A.G. Vision construction Nig. Ltd. To do the repairs and an approval from the customer on the offered repairs and

charges in the best possible way.

3. DEPOSIT:

A.G. Vision construction Nig. Ltd. will indicate on the acceptance form the prescribed deposit payable by the

customer which deposit must be paid in cash or through cleared bank check before commencement of repair.

4. INFORMING CUSTOMERS:

A.G. Vision construction Nig. Ltd. will inform CUSTOMERS in any possible way the customer that the article is ready

for collection. A.G. Vision construction Nig. Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any loss of use however caused.

5. RELEASE OF ARTICLE:

Article will be released only on the presentation of the delivery notes that was issued to the customer at the time

article is brought in to A.G. Vision construction Nig. Ltd. workshop.

6. UNCLEARED ARTICLE:

If three months after the articles has been repaired the owner has not collected it, A.G. Vision construction Nig.

Ltd. will notify the owner through all possible means of its intention to sell the article by public auction if it has still

not been collected between (30) thirty days from the date of the last mentioned contact A.G. Vision construction

Nig. Ltd. hereby reserves the right to sell the article on behalf of the customer in recovering outstanding debt.

7. PARKING FEE:

A parking fee per day shall be charged by the A.G. Vision construction Nig. Ltd. for each article not collected within

one week after been informed of the completion of repairs. A.G. Vision construction Nig. Ltd. accepts no

responsibility or liability for any deterioration whatsoever, in the condition of the article collected within the

specific period.

8. UNECONOMIC REPAIRS:

A.G. Vision construction Nig. Ltd. reserve the right to refuse to undertake repair if article is too old, too bad in

shape, spares not obtainable, or repair charge is estimated to be out of proportion to the value of the article. In

the latter case the customer shall be informed of the unreasonableness of incurring such charges, and if he insist

on the repair been carried out, he shall pay in full such charges before repairs is carried out.

9. ENTRY INTO WORKSHOP:

Customers are not allowed into the workshop beyond the reception point except when accompanied by the

workshop manager-in-charge. Customers may obtain information on the progress made on the repair of their

articles from the workshop reception.

10. WARNING:

Articles brought into our workshops are at owner’s risk. Customers are advised in their own interest to have good

insurance cover for their articles as our liability. In case of lost or damaged is limited by our insurance policy.

11. DEFINITION OF “CUSTOMERS”:

The word “customer” in this agreement refers to either of or both the owner of the article and any other person

authorized by the owner of the article to the company for service/repair or any other job.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Customer are deem to have read and understood the foregoing and to have accepted the terms and conditions as

governing the relationship of the parties to this transaction.
