retrieving mini-statements. Improving customer experience for

those who call for more complex queries.

Designed and developed an IVR solution that incorporated existing infrastructure without the need

for any additional hardware, and provided a self-serving IVR system that integrated with their

existing internet banking services

• First time callers would authorize themselves using existing ATM or Credit card pin and generate Telephony-Pin

• Those without an ATM/Credit card would be assisted by agents on a call

• As a fall back for customers requiring agent assistance, seamless transfer to agents was carried out, and all information

collected by the IVR was sent to the agent's web-based desktop, thereby enabling them to immediately serve callers

without querying for their account number or reason for call

• Reduced wait time for callers

• Increase in contact centre agent efficiency
