OUR MARKET The PABX business has evolved quite substantially over the last 15 years in South Africa, as many brands clamour over getting their product and service into the market place. Many advancements have taken place as solid line connections (Telkom Lines), have fast been replaced by internet phone calling (VOIP – Voice Over IP). Initially a slow transition due to the dis-trust of companies using the very slow internet that was available at the time, to a now much faster, stable and consistent internet connection. Prices have plummeted on most company’s phone bills and still they are coming down. Even with PABX systems that range from R 45 000 – R 100 000, the rental offset with reduced phone costs have still steered the market away from the main communications provider where the need for 5- 10 – 20 Telkom lines are no longer needed. So what makes our new solution amazing? Think of your Cell-Phone that you have on contract. You didn’t pay for the phone, you only pay for a certain number of call in minutes and/or have sms allocation built into your package. There are no surprises, the bill is the same month on month. Every two years you get new handset and the contract starts again. Currently, buying a handset cash is generally regarded as madness and stupid from a cost point of view. We have now, for the first time in South Africa, created a similar offering in the PABX industry, where you can receive a high quality PABX system, plus a CCTV system, fully installed at no cost to your company and all you need to do is pay for your phone calls made. This also includes a 5-year remote maintenance plan built in, ensuring any company, no down time on their communications platforms.

THE OPPORTUNITY – POWER TELECOMS The Power Telecoms opportunity is a three-pronged opportunity that is filled with advantages over a conventional office automation or PABX sales company.

You would not buy in to a model that does not make money, right? Well - then you do not need to worry about this as income is paid on more than one level when becoming an agent of POWER TELECOMS. FIRST INCOME STREAM • Upon signing of a new client, the contract for this client is then vetted for financial viability of the client. Upon approval is set for installation through our installation team. • A period no longer than two weeks is set to contact client, install the system and sign off on the system. • Clarification of satisfaction from the client is received whereby activation of agreement is implemented. • A GP income is paid on every successful PABX and CCTV installation. This income varies based on the bundle sold and installed. • This is paid weekly on all clients installed and signed off for that week. • This income also re-occurs after renewal of your clients upon maturation of their agreement and then enter into another 5-year contract. SECOND INCOME STREAM • Recurring income generated from every client you have signed up monthly, whereby a percentage of monthly client payment is allocated to the accumulative book total. • This grows as your monthly client database grows. • Percentage of monthly book income is paid out monthly (one month in arrears) on a sliding scale based on total installations each calendar month. • Each contract carries with it a 60-month residual income stream. This income monthly is accumulated into your passive income book and is paid out

The ongoing revenue stream is based on a reoccurring income paid on every contract through the duration of the 60-month agreement. Each bundle yields a monthly income that accumulates every month. BUNDLE 1 - R 350 (Monthly client contract of R 3500 plus vat pm) BUNDLE 2 - R 350 (Monthly client contract of R 3500 plus vat pm) BUNDLE 3 - R 700 (Monthly client contract of R 5500 plus vat pm) BUNDLE 4 - R 700 (Monthly client contract of R 5500 plus vat pm) Pay-out occurs monthly on a sliding scale based on number of installations in each calendar month. The sliding scale on the accumulative book occurs as follows: 0-2 Successful installations - 20% of total accumulative book value 3-4 Successful Installations - 40% of total accumulative book value 5-6 Successful Installations - 60% of total accumulation book value 7-10 Successful Installations - 80% of total accumulative book value 11+ Successful Installations - 100% of total Accumulative book value EXAMPLE – Assuming you have 100 clients already signed up and installed at an average of R 600 per client. Total Accumulative Book value = R 60 000 Add Month Sales – 8 installations added @ R 600 (book growth R 4800) Book accumulative value jumps to R 64 800 @ 80% = R 51 840 Add next month sales – 12 installations @ average R 600 per client Book Accumulative value grows to R 72 000 @ 100% = R 72 000 Add following months sales – 9 installations @ average R 600 per client Book accumulative value grows to R 77 400 @ 80% = R 61 920 Have a cracker month – 22 installations @ average R 600 per client Book accumulative value grows to R 90 600 @ 100% = R 90 600 As your book accumulative value grows, it makes sense to build your business to the 11 plus installations per month. Obviously, your goal is to reach 100 – 150 installations per month to maintain optimal monthly incomes as well as build a massive residual income book.

We will also train and assist you with online marketing to ensure that you get the most out of every cent you spend on marketing. Our commitment to the brand and growth:

OUR FEES We are not a royalty driven offering that you would experience with a regular franchise offering and thus do not require a pay-out of your monthly turnover. We do however understand the need for a national marketing and branding campaigns to continuously run and thus have a monthly brand management fee of R 1000 excl vat payable per month, which will be used to grow the brand awareness and educational platforms. This R 1000 will attract an annual increase of the CPIX index plus 2% per annum.

SECURING AN AGENCY As the agency licenses are limited, you will be required to secure your agency license by means of payment in the following two ways: Option 1: Reserving a license to become an agent If you wish to reserve a license to become an agent, a non-refundable deposit of R 15 000 must be paid with a confirmation of payment sent to [email protected] This allows you to book an agency license for a period of 30 days. You need to pay the outstanding activation fee within the 30 days before training can commence. Training dates will be communicated once payment has been received. Option 2: Full Payment If you wish to start immediately, the full payment of R 35 000 must be made. This will allow you access to training and issue of your agency license.

TRAINING DATES This will be communicated with sufficient notice, but is normally conducted on a two-weekly basis. Booking of seats is essential by means of payment and confirmation thereof.
