Navigating Interdepartmental Relationships: Teaming up with Legal and Corporate Communications to Maximize the Ease and Effectiveness of Messaging – 2nd Floor, DC Conference Room Opening presentation by Debbie Harrison, J.D., Assistant Director, Public Policy, National Business Group on Health Participants will discuss and learn how to collaborate more effectively with their legal departments around sensitive messaging. In particular, this session will provide an overview of upcoming communications challenges such as communicating about ACA employer reporting, future plan design changes, and the ACA excise (“Cadillac”) tax coming up in 2018.
