CREDIT DESIGNATION ACCREDITATION STATEMENT INTENDED AUDIENCE This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Puerto Rico Board of Medical Licensing (JLDM) through the joint providership of Prosum, Inc. and GoGo Foundation. Policy Prosum, Inc. is accredited by the Puerto Rico Board of Medical Licensing, provider number 056-EN22-JLDM to provide medical education for physicians. This educational activity has been designed for Pediatricians, Family Physicians, and General Practitioners Specialists and Sub-Specialists. It is also open to Physician Assistants. OBJECTIVES REGISTRATION Prosum, Inc. designates this educational activity for a maximum of 8 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should only claim credits commensurate with the extension of their participation in this activity.
