I Will justify the reasons that we amend the constitution to someone wanting to become a US Citizen.
First way to Amend the Constitution•2/3 of both the House and the Senate can propose
Amendments to the Constitution.
• After Congress...
• The proposed amendment Must go to the state legislature of each state or to state conventions of each state.
•Once 3/4 of the States legislatures and/or States conventions ratify the Amendment it is Law.
Second way to Amend the Constitution•2/3 of the States legislatures can call a
convention to propose amendments to the Constitution.
•After the convention Proposes Amendments•3/4 of the States legislatures and/or States
conventions Must ratify the Amendments for them to become Law.
