Mrs. Aggeliki Pappa is an English Foreign Language Teacher -Special Educator
with specialized postgraduate studies in inclusion and differentiated instruction.
Mrs. Pappa is the founder, the head director of studies and teachers’ trainer
in “i love dyslexia”, the first innovative and specialized educational institution
in Greece focusing on experiential and holistic teaching EFL to students with
dyslexia and other special educational needs (SEN). Mrs Pappa is a SENCO
in Costeas Geitonas World School, a research associate of the National and
Kapodistrian University of Athens and the University of Thessaly, where she
teaches and writes academic and educational papers. She also collaborates
with various institutions (National Parents’ Association of Children with dyslexia
of Northern Greece, RTC - Regional Training Centers, EFL school counselors,
the Greek Ministry of Education etc.) and she is a guest in various conferences
associated with special education throughout the country. Mrs. Pappa has
received honorary distinctions from various institutions and the former Greek
Ministry of Education and Development for her unique contribution to the Greek
educational system. Finally, her personal vision is holistic life skills education
for all, with an emphasis on developing quality programmes on the innovative
field of teaching FL and dyslexia, aiming at offering the opportunity to numerous
students with SEN to succeed in the challenging subject of FL.
