Circoo — Freelance UX Designer

Supported the Circoo team in the design of a new early staged product. Collaborated with designers to conducted user research and testing. Developed wireframes and prototypes based on user needs. Worked with UI designers to implement attractive designs. Kept abreast of competitor’s products and industry needs.

Hot Topic — Store Manager

Recruited and developed a team of 10 to run the store alongside managers on duty. Ensured store achieved weekly sales plan and comp sales goals. Maintained payroll hours and schedules. Provided a shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. Collaboratively communicated with leadership on trends & customer feedback. Ran sales reports and used data to help guide strategy to hit sales.

Lyft Inc. — Lead Ops Associate & Trainer

Managed rental site including training a team of top performing rental associates. Worked with Fleet Coordinator to ensure rental vehicles were maintained. Presented quantitative and qualitative research findings to leadership to drive high impact. Assisted in implementing data driven recommendations based on our research across all sites. On-boarded new drivers to the platform.
