QUICK OFF The objecNve of the Quick Off is above all Understand. The knowlegde of the work we are going to preform, of the concepts, the objec6ves and the expecta6ons will help in having an “Agile” process.
WORKSHOPS These are one or two day work sessions. During which an analysis of the work flow is done, analysis of the available data and design of the first dra_ of a new flow chart or route map.
FOLLOW UP The flow chart will structure a series of tasks to complete and we will organize them in Sprints. The first Sprint is the Quick Wins, following this will be the Sprint of the different paths: Sales, Marke6ng and Product.
