High-rigidity Structure• Headstock, Body, Saddle, Base, and Work Table all use superior grade of cast iron. All are

stress relieved to ensure maximum accuracy and absolute rigidity.

• Spindle Headstock Design utilizes box shape design, internally ribbed reinforcement for highest rigidity maximum stability, ideal for heavy-duty machining.

•�Two Guide Way base along with wide stance column design greatly increase contact surface between Column and Machine Base, which reinforce greater head support. Column is heavily ribbed with cell shaped structure internally to minimize twisting deformation during machining.

Long Nose End Belt-Driven SpindleTwo different spindles with special headstock design.8,000 / 10,000 RPM are available with dynamically balanced pulleys working with special Hi-Torque HTD belt to prevent any slippage and to ensure smooth high-speed rotation. Heat and noise generated during high-speed operation are dramatically reduced.

Fluorescent Light & Quartz Work LightThe fluorescent light is installed with the fully enclosed splash guard and it is located on the left hand corner, and the quartz work light is installed on the right hand upper corner to provide a well-lit table area.

Three Chip Augers DesignInstead of using a costly chip conveyor, the special three chip augers system efficiently removes metal chips produced during machining.

Precision Ball-Rail or Roller Rail (option) Linear Guideways and C3 Class Ball Screws for Three AxesLinear Guide ways are used on all three axes. Because of their high rigidity, low noise, and low friction, this helped to achieve high-speed rapid movement and excellent circular accuracy.Double nut C3 class precision ballscrews are used on all three axes. Along with pretension double nut and supports to minimize the backlash and to compensate for error caused by temperature differences in order to maintain positioning accuracy.

Oil Circulating Cooling System for SpindleA high efficiency spindle cooling system dissipates running induced heat generation in order to maintain spindle accuracy and prolong spindle life.

Calibration with Laser Interferometer

was Performed and Certified by PMC

All of our machines are calibrated according to the

"VDI 3441 3δ" standard. Calibration is performed for full travel length for each axis. Each measurement is taken six times

to ensure the most consistent and accurate reading.

CESMB Type Resistance Electric LubricatorIt is tested and verified by TUV Rheinland in Taiwan and had passed CE of Machinery Safety Directive (MSD 89/392/EEC) and Low Voltage Directive (LVD 73/23/EEC). It conforms to UN’s requirement of ”Necessary Safety, Hygienic Regulation. ” It has a fixed interval time and discharge volume. Has a float switch for checking the oil level. Automatic Lubrication system(option)

Chip Remover EquipmentAutomatic base-box chip remover equipment which is very easy to remove the chip even the machine is under running.

Electric Cabinet with Heat Exchanger

All electrical components are in compliance with safety

rules and regulations.All components inside the

cabinets are clearly labeled and identified for easy of

trouble-shooting.

is driven with aprecision cam, maintaining

tool-changing accuracy of 0.01mm, which in turn will help

maintain long-term spindle clamping accuracy.

Hinged-Belt Chip Conveyor (Option)This allows for rapid and efficient chip removal during machining in order to maintain a clean machine.
