Agriculture sector of Germany
• Germany known for the great population of 82.5 mln people.• Consists mostly of great lands of agriculture• Especially in the eastern portions, cereals and sugar beets are grown• Elsewhere ,with the train more hilly and even mountains, farmers
produce vegetables, milk, pork or beef
• Most river valleys in southern and western Germany, especially along the Rhine and the Main, vineyard• Beer is produced in Bavaria• The larger farms in the west are mainly concentrated in Schleswig-
Holstein and eastern Lower Saxony with smaller groupings in Westphalia
