What happens if AHA does default on my loan?

FOR VALUE RECEIVED the undersigned, Affordable Housing Acquisitions, LLC, promises to pay to theorderofJohnDoe,theprincipalsumofTWELVETHOUSANDANDNO/100DOLLARS($12,000.00),withinterestfromthedateofexecutionofthisNote,attherateofTwelvepercent(12%)perannumamortizedover30monthsuntilpaidoruntildefault,bothprincipalandinterestpayableinlawfulmoneyoftheUnitedStatesofAmerica,atsuchplaceasthelegalholderhereofmaydesignateinwriting.Itisunderstoodandagreedthatadditionalamountsmaybeadvancedbytheholderhereofasprovidedintheinstruments,ifany,securingthisNoteandsuchadvanceswillbeaddedtotheprincipalofthisNoteandwillaccrueinterestattheabovespecifiedratefromdateofadvanceuntilpaid.
Paymentsofinterestandprincipalshallbedueandpayablemonthlyonthe1stdayofeachmonth.Themonthlypaymentshallbe$500.00.
Unlessotherwiseprovided,thisNotemaybeprepaidinfullorinpartatanytimewithoutpenaltyorpremium.
Intheeventof(a)defaultinpaymentofanyinstallmentofprincipalorinteresthereofasthesamebecomesdueandsuchdefault isnotcuredwithin10(ten)days fromthedateofnoticeof suchdefault,or(b)defaultunderthetermsofanyinstrumentsecuringthisNote,andsuchdefaultisnotcuredwithinfifteen(15)daysafterwrittennoticetomaker,thenineithersucheventtheholdermaywithoutfurthernotice,declaretheremainderoftheprincipalsum,togetherwithallinterestaccruedthereonand,theprepaymentpremium,ifany,atoncedueandpayable.Failuretoexercisethisoptionshallnotconstituteawaiveroftherighttoexercisethesameatanyothertime.
