The AHCA Tellus EVV system can help home health providers to:• Submit Claims to the Florida Medicaid Payment System

(FMMIS)• Easily Verify Home Health Services Rendered (home

• Section 409.9132, Florida Statutes (F.S.), directs AHCA to implement and operate an EVV Program for home health services rendered by fee-for-service home health providers

• AHCA has contracted with Centric Consulting, LLC, to implement the AHCA EVV Program

• The AHCA EVV System is powered by Tellus, LLC technology and includes the Tellus EVV Mobile App, Dashboard and Claims portal

• Fee-for-service home health providers are required to use the AHCA EVV System to verify delivery of services

Why AHCA EVV?

• Each home health provider agency is required to chose an EVV administrator during registration

• The EVV administrator can add and update users• Users will get an account, username, and password to login

1. Navigate to the website link in the registration email.2. Click the <Enter> button and the login screen will open. 3. Enter the Account, Username, and Password and click the

<Login> button.4. Select ‘Remember me’ to remember the username

(optional).5. When unable to remember password, or if the password

has been compromised, click ‘Forgot your password?’. An email or text message will be sent to the user.

The EVV Dashboard Home screen allows an admin to review users in the system and review the visit activities associated with the user.

1. From the menu click <Users>. Hover over the orange <Add> button and click the red <Import CSV> button .

2. A new window will open.

3. Click the <Browse> button to select the CSV file to be imported.

Starting & Completing a VisitStarting a Visit

1.Click <Recipients> on the Home Menu, then click on the <Recipient’s Name>.

2.The Start Visit screen opens, displaying the recipient’s name, date of birth, and services to be performed.

1. Click <Start>, the Start Visit screen opens with visit details.

Starting & Completing a VisitStarting Service

1.‘Visit Time In’ will reflect the time when the start button was clicked.

2.The ‘Visit Time Out’ will continue to run until the visit is completed.

3.Click <View Services> to proceed to the View Services screen.

1. Once the service is started, the timer will start running for the service.

2. When the service is completed, click <Done>.

3. When all services are complete, click <VERIFY>.

Visit Verification Options

1. If the services could not be completed, click the <Unable to Complete> button, specify the reason, and click <Confirm>.

2. If the services were completed, click <Confirm>.

Ending a Visit

1. After clicking <Confirm>, the Recipient Signature screen appears.

2. Request signature. (Signature is not mandatory.)* The recipient, or their representative, may sign in the designated area.

3. Click <Next>.

* A caregiver may document reasons when a recipient does not sign.

2. Click <Verify>. 3. A prompt appears that verifies the visit was

successful. Click <Ok>. The visit is verified.

1. All claims will be assigned unique identifiers, which are referred to as the authorization number, service code, and diagnosis qualifier.

2. As the claim progresses, the claim will go through a number of phases, which changes the status.

3. Process - the steps that a claim progresses through. There is one process for claims review and one for claims entry.

• Claim MUST match the authorization on record

• Claim MUST include a valid service or procedure code

• Caregiver visit times MUST match the schedule

• There MUST be a valid claim number, claim type, and number of claim lines

• Above the valid service diagnosis code there MUSTbe a valid recipient Medicaid ID and a service date
