AICSA Corp.: founded in 1975, is a Guatemalan firm that provides
Design, Construction, Consulting, and Promotion Services. Integrated
by a team of highly qualified professionals, it provides services
to clients in Guatemala and Latin American region.

Machinery and Equipment Division
Provides all the machinery and equipment that may be required
during construction. Coordinates, maintains and transports
to job sites a private inventory of small equipment, light and
heavy machinery, hydraulic cranes, tower cranes and all other
equipment, either hand held or operator driven, for the exclusive
use of the Corporation.
QA/QC
Dedicated to the implementation of Corporate Quality Control
and Quality Assurance programs in all projects. In charge of
monitoring and recording construction activities and compliance
with their project-specific specifications and regulations.
Corporate Quality Management Program
Based on our current ISO 9001:2008 Certification and our ongoing
Continuous Improvement Program, this division concentrates
on coordinating all activities within the Corporation in order to
improve our products and customer satisfaction. Our program
continually improves our personnel’s professional level, via continuing
education, our Corporate divisions performance with continuous
monitoring and improvement, and ultimately guaranteeing our
product quality for owner satisfaction and repeat business.

Ingeniería Electromecánica S.A. - INELSA
Company associated with AICSA, dedicated to design, execution
and project management of electric mechanic projects. With more
than 25 years of experience in: high rise buildings, commerce,
industry, hospitals, institutions and housing.
Land Developer
Dedicated to the development of residential, commercial, industrial
and electricity projects. Works on its own projects and other
company projects, from conceptualization, to factibility studies,
execution, real state and project management.
Metal –Madera
Dedicated to the elaboration and construction of products that
will equip projects, such as kitchens, closets, among others.
Specialized in metal, wood and drywall; with experience in
very fine finishes and special details.
SUPPORT DEPARTMENTS.
Transportation and Logistic Division
Provides supply services, transportation and logistics for materials,
equipment and general machinery for all projects of the Corporation.
