Why THE NEED TO REAFFIRM?

• Two of the things we truly value are PROACTIVENESS and COMMITMENT. We want our members to be the drivers of their own experiences, to consciously choose to be part of this platform and make the most out of it.

• For us to better track and take care of our members, we have to know first the status of their membership.

• It’s always hard to start the year not knowing if someone’s still here or not. This is to make sure we’re all on the same page.

• Like most organizations in COA, they get their members to renew their membership every year.
