Dear MCP candidateFrom this point of view, a year ago the moment when I faced theMCP application, I know I was determined to invest one more yearworking for AIESEC in Croatia, and I really don't remember the letterfrom my predecessor and team leader back then. Neither will you.

I used to believe that there is no bigger challenge I could've had,and opportunity to develop for an 23 year old than taking this step, and I couldn't imagine back then how true it is. It seems like the„shortest“ year I've ever had. The time I've spent as MCP as abeautifull picture consistent of lots of puzzle pieces, each alonestory in itself.Amazing transition, selecting the team, first planning, firstconference with the team, LCPs on EuroCo, team days, Y2B,WLDC, and many more to come. Stories I will always be proud ofbeing part of.

AIESEC is a place where for generations groups of young peopleare ready to outdare the status quo, and being a member issomething we should be proud of. But what about being a leader ofthe whole organization in Croatia? In times when we really needvalue based leaders? This opportunity to give a milestone to a betterCroatian society, isn't just a honor or responsibility, it's a call. Goodluck, and enjoy the process. And congratulations on the brave step, taking the ride and wanting to become 24th MCP of AIESEC inCroatia. Leonard Laštro
