Word from mcp 1516It’s crazy to be even writing these words now, it feels like yesterday when

water was poured announcing the MCP of AIESEC in Egypt 15/16. Taking this step was by far one of the toughest decisions I ever had to make as a person, yet getting it is a completely different game. Six months into the term I look back now and feel grateful for every thing this experience has

given me so far, and excited for al l that’s yet to come, and that’s the beauty of this experience. From the bottom of my heart I wish you the best

of luck on this endeavor and what promises to be a tipping point in your AIESEC and Life experience.

Application Criteria

-Candidate must be a holder of an Egyptian Nationality.

-Any AIESEC member that have or had a role in AIESEC.

-Candidate must be available to practice a full time job as MCP.

-MCP shall be able to travel to both IPMs and IC to represent

AIESEC in Egypt.

Candidacy Eligibility

-MCP Salary: 3000 Egyptian pounds per month.

-IC Subsidy: According to 16/17 annual budget.

-IPM subsidy: 100% of flight tickets and conference fees.

-Summits & meetings subsidy: According to 16/17 annual budget

-MC Office: Located in 1/h Mohamed Amin Street-Lasilki-New

Maadi.

-The rent of the office is paid with all the Logistical needs.

MCP LIFE CONDITIONS

- The President is elected by the general assembly of members at annual national meeting.

- Voting Procedure is done through simple majority of preferential voting by all entities (MC & Full member LCs)

Voting Power:

- 1 Vote to the MCP

- 2 Votes to the MCVPs

- 1 Vote to LC EB of the year N

- 1 Vote to LC EB of the year N+1

- 1 Vote to LC Members of every full member LC

Note:

- LC EB & LC members shall be granted voting rights by presence of at least 1 member of each.

- LC EB cannot be granted “LC members” Voting Power without LC members attendance.
