MCPe Message
Dear AIESECer,
Greeting from Central Asia, If you are reading this, it means you are considering
applying for the MC team in Tajikistan. At this point, I believe that you are in the
right place. AIESEC in Tajikistan is looking for motivated, talented and inspiring
AIESECers that will lead the entity for its best. As an AIESECer, I usually ask myself:
How can I be useful in creating a peaceful world and in developing youth around
the world? My answer is always related to creating greater opportunities
everyday.
Today, I am creating a new one, which is the MCVP opportunity of AIESEC in
Tajikistan. I believe that this country works best through community, hope,
optimism and change. I believe that you are the one to make this change happen
in a community that needs AIESEC like never before. It is time to get out of your
comfort zone, it is time to create a new chapter in your life, it is time to push
yourself behind your limits and IT IS TIME TO TAKE THIS CHALLENGE AND APPLY FOR
THE MC TEAM OF AIESEC IN TAJIKISTAN.

About Tajikistan
Tajikistan, officially the Republic of Tajikistan, is a mountainous landlocked
sovereign country in Central Asia.

MC Life
• Costs of living will have to be self-incurred for the first 2 months; all depends on the
financial progress in the entity, there will be a month reserve.
• The MC will be hosted by a family until setting an MC house.
• Salaries will be discussed during the planning process.
• The MC team will have to spend a minimum of 5 hours in the office.
• The Office is in Dushanbe the capital city of Tajikistan

Job Descriptions
General responsibilities:• Direction and Strategy creation.
• Implementation of national strategies and projects MC planning and review.
• Managing national functional teams.
• Attend MC meetings and any extraordinary meetings.
• MC transition.
• NST management.
• Internal communication with AI and other countries.
• Representation at events (internal and external).
• Facilitation in National Conferences.
• Functional Team management.
• Virtual knowledge and information management.
• To be accountable to the MCP and reports regularly on updates, strategies implementation,
performance etc.
• Attends General Assemblies as member of the MC voting entity.
• The MC is responsible for the activities to the development of the organization, management of
resources at national level, representation of the organization internally and externally and
have direct contribution to the local committees’ development.
MCVP OGX & COMMMember Committee Vice-President Out-Going Exchange & Communication
OGX• Drive oGCDP & oGIP growth according to the
student pool and the OP Takers supply.
• Guarantee customized GCDP & GIP products
based on the Tadjik student Market.
• Responsible for numerical goals achievement
and growth of the oGCDP & oGIP programs.
• Designs the national framework for Outgoing
Preparation Seminar (OPS) and ensures its
implementation, in collaboration with MCVP
TM & LCD.
• Manage International country partnerships.
• Responsible for Quality Management, through
NPS.
• Implement LEAD for EPs.
COMM• Manage National SMM.
• Identify, utilize and manage key channels to promote
OGX.
• Generate strategies that underlie brand
communication among students, campus, and other
AIESEC entities.
• Design and implement Marketing strategies to
engage more people and generate leads.
• Clear communication of the value of AIESEC to our
costumers.
• Work in Synergy with ICX and TM campaigns.
• Build up frameworks of brand management.
• Manage national pages in social media
(facebook,twitter,youtube) in addition to the official
website.
• Build relationship with offline media for a better
position of AIESEC Tajikistan.
• Management of the information in EXPA.
• Manage the information of the organization.
MCVP ICXMember Committee Vice-President Incoming Exchange
ICX:• Responsible to review or create a new national Exchange project based on social impact
model.
• Responsible for the numerical goal achievement and growth of the ICX program.
• GCDP product packaging.
• Drive ICX growth in GIP according to the market needs and EP supply.
• GIP program development and product packaging.
• Responsible for all processes of the customer flow of GIP program.
• Review and simplify all existing processes in order to increase results and account
management.
• Provide insight into national trends and market, supply and demand analysis.
• Supply & Demand management and education.
• Manage International Partnerships.
• Responsible for quality management, through NPS.
• Work with LCVPs ICX in segmentation, targeting, and product packaging for exchange.
• Education and training of the LCVP ICX in national delivery strategies.

TM• Develop talent management processes (Talent
Recruitment, Development and Retention).
• Develop education programs for TLPs and
TMPs at national level.
• Develop the national educational cycle –
agenda management in national
conferences.
• Ensure the development of the members and
leaders supported by external stakeholders.
• Ensure membership and leadership pipeline in
different levels of the organization.
• Ensure quality in every team member or leader
experience.
LCD• Create of an organizational culture, behaviors and
structures for the LCs.
• Develop a coaching system to support the
development of the LCs.
• Ensure the implementation of SONA or other
evaluation tool.
• Measuring current state of entities in order to find
opportunity points.
• Innovate and operate growth and clustering model.
• Define consultancy and organizational culture
strategies.
• Manage LC planning education and team days
together with the LCPs to make sure that the LC
needs are addressed.
• Create transition framework for LCs and for MC

BD• Raise national partnerships.
• Create a relevant product to sell to
companies.
• Design Partnership proposals and pricing
models for different stakeholders and products.
• Responsible for national partnerships service
and development.
• Alongside with MCP create strategies for
Alumni engagement.
• Develop a plan to ensure Alumni capitalization
towards partnership leads and income
generation.
• Cooperation with Non-profit organization.
• Cooperation with Government.
• Create a database of journalists and hold
relations with them.
• Responsible for AIESEC press office.
• Raising media partners for national events.
• National Media Partnerships.
• Ensure financial sustainability of the MC by sales
and functional coaching through:
- Sales activities;
- LC sales education, tracking and
management;
- National Partnership management;
- Account management of National EwA
projects;
- Creation of the National Portfolio of AIESEC in
Tajikistan;
- Creation of the proposals for ER products of
AIESEC in Tajikistan.• Sales of the National Conferences and events.
• Coaching of National EwA projects OCPs.
• Content of National EwA projects development.
• Creation of LEAD for partners.
• External representation of AIESEC Tajikistan in Business
Environment.
• Establish and service national media partnerships.

1. CV: It has to include relevant experiences inside and outside of AIESEC – (Max 1 page).
2. Questionnaire: It is mandatory to answer all the questions. You have a maximum of 12 pages in pdf
format.
3. Endorsement Letter (3): From someone you led – From a teammate – For internationals: From the MC of
your current entity.
4. Video Link: Introduce yourself and your AIESEC experience. Explain why are you applying for MCVP in
AIESEC in Tajikistan and what is your unique contribution to the entity --(Max 5 min).

• All the documents in a PDF format separate except for the profile tests.
• Submit the package in following format:
