Development of National Products in Outgoing exchange in GIP and GCDP, packaging and implementation of them.

Managing the recruitment, selection and educational flow of the exchange participants nationally.

Exchange quality control nationally.

Coordinating country partnerships and cooperation.

Tracking, analysing and development of OGX processes.

Supervising and supporting the promotional campaigns for GIP and GCDP.

Ensure execution of all events planned by the National Team at Local Level

Acquiring and managing local TN and other partnerships for the LC's

Sales training and support for other members of the LC when deemed necessary.

Support iGIP in Creation and development of product portfolio.

Local accounts management. Plan and execute the annual career fair

and Youth Speak forum with support of the LCVPs team.

Assess each Local Chapter together with the LCPs to come up with key focus areas to deliver trainings in.

Share the plan with all Local Chapters to ensure they mobilize their members in time for the trainings

Carryout trainings together with the MC and Alumni in all Local Chapters

Come up with a curriculum for the National Education Cycle

Come up with a plan together with each Local Chapter on how to gain membership.

Create graphics and customize the current graphics to match the look that AIESEC Uganda is adopting.

Support the growth of AIESEC Uganda by creating graphics, videos to show case AIESEC’s works.

Responsible for ensuring that LCVP COMM in all LCs follow the set communication channel for AIESEC.

Offer Communication trainings to LCs when need arises.

Manager and Coordinate LC communications culture and their team synergies with other portfolios.
