AIESEC in Ukraine in term 13-14 is concentrated on XPP implementation and GCDP projects’ standards and
criteria implementation. We see the need of RA-MA-RE processes optimization and controlling the quality of
the experience we provide to our customers.

According to GCDP structure we have 1 National Project WWB with 4 issues and timeline of
realization concentrated on peaks (mostly winter peak) and 3 other areas of local GCDP projects.
But we also support off-peak realizations in big LCs which have the capacity to realize GCDP TNs in
September-October, March-April by facilitating the off-peak partnerships.
This structure in iGCDP will help us to optimize RA-MA-RE processes, make the program open to
customers.

Part 3. Local iGCDP projects
iGCDP projects (local)
Local GCDP project aimed on increasing and popularization of language studying and
teaching.
For custom classes each student will have the opportunity to improve their language
skills, to develop grammar exercises, gain practical experience with, learn many new
things and just relax.
Target audience: 7-18 years, 18+.
Accommodation: provided ( hostel, host-family, interns-flat).
Duration: 6-8 weeks.

iGCDP projects (local)
Explore Ukraine – cultural iGCDP project, aimed to
promote the image of Ukraine in the world, as well as
raising brand of Ukraine as a country in the eyes of
the Ukrainian people.
The main objective of the project is to create a
powerful tool which can show the real image of
modern Ukraine in the eyes of foreigners and to
create a strong positive brand of Ukraine in the world.

Target audience: kids, children, adults.
Type of TN-taker: pension, health spa, prison
camps, orphanages, kindergartens.
Issues: Cultural understanding, Health and lifestyle,
Equal Rights.
Duration: 6-12 weeks.
Type of accommodation: host family/interns
flat/hostel/TN taker.
Working hours: at least 25 hours per a week. 4-5
working hours per a day.

NGO is aimed on work both in social activities and/or partly
professional (background based) activities helping NGOs to
develop their processes in order to achieve their mission.
This experience enables an exchange of cultural and social
contact between volunteers and their host NGO. It enables
people to learn new skills and languages, to develop and gain
practical experience in the field in, sometimes demanding
conditions, and to develop leadership and teamwork skills. In
addition, personal development, is one of the greatest
benefits to working and travelling among people from
different cultures.
