To eliminate the existing thermal bridges and to enlarge the usable internal space/ the balconies were integrated in the living roomj The hollow vertical components @up to 7m wide and ,ém high) were prefabricated in an ßustrian factory with prexmounted quadriple windows and decentralized double flux heat exchangersj 4lued foam on the back of the wooden structure acts as a leveling layer and assures an airtight sealing/ which is needed once the mineral wool flakes are injected on site in the hollow componentsj Hinally/ the façade is covered by light greyish maintenancexfree high pressure laminate platesj Heating costs were cut by around 70/j The installation in short term of a solar water heater will recude the warm water costs by 7Ex9Ewj
