CT series RC- series Custom designed

Designed to test your requirements with faster change rates

Remote conditioners

Two chambers for price of one

They deliver temperature conditioned air to insulated enclosures through ducts and also serve as independent chambers

Used as a back up for heating and cooling to existing test chambers

2) Combined Environments

They provide combined environment

Temperature/ Humidity/ Vibration

Having two series CV and AV series

CV series are designed for commercial testing,

integrating with electrodynamic and mechanical

vibration only in vertical mode of operation

AV series are designed for commercial and military

testing with both vertical and horizontal mode of

operation

HALT/HASS

chambersAltitude chambers

Quickly discover design weakness

Broad range of temperature & vibration capabilities which are key to detect defects

Quiet operation

Superior reliability and thermal performance

Subject to all axis vibration and rapid thermal cycling

Simulating altitude and

Temperature for combined

testing with vacuum

Test basic components and

sub-assemblies-designed for

use in the aeronautical,

space engineering and

meteorological field

Can be used as temp/Hum

chamber making it

multipurpose

3) Walk in / Drive in Chambers

They are used for cold storage or testing

products that require a large capacity

Full vehicle testing, automotive components,

electronic components, packaging, stability

testing, biological research and much more.

They have remote instrument consoles, custom

sized doors, heavy duty floors and ramps.

They have 5 types

WM-ST series(they are designed with ceiling mounted conditioning systems and modular panel construction/ SS interior/ aluminuim embossed exterior)

WM-series(modular panel offering flexibility to meet any size)

Drive in series chambers (for full vehicle testing from small trucks to cars/ tailor made)

WW series(Solid welded chambers/ wider temp and humidity range)

Modular plenum conditioners(consists of standard systems

4) Thermal shock/ ESS chambers

They are capable of producing optimum stress

levels for detecting product flaws by stimulating

defects at lowest level of a assembly.

Great return on the investment and savings

3 variants:-

Vertical Thermal Shock,(separate hot and cold

zones, product is transferred between zones for

rapid temperature change)

Double Duty Thermal shock-(consists of three

zones a hot chamber on each side with a cold

chamber at the centre, this design helps product

to be moved between the two zones

simultaneously)

TSB – Thermal shock bath – Liquid to liquid –

(immediate temperature shock for faster testing,

provide immediate product exposure to thermal

stresses, vapour tight construction and

minimises test liquid from evaporating when unit

is opened)

5) Custom Design Chambers

They are tailor made to meet special requirements, modifications or unique requirements.

Examples:-

Accelerated Stress test chambers

Solar Panel testing chambers

Cold storage chambers

Rain/ Ice chambers

Sand and dust chambers

Tensile test chambers and many more with flexibility

Modal Analysis

It is performed to determine the parameters of a

unknown structure or element like:-

Modal frequency

Modal mass

Damping ratio

Mode shapes

It is performed in two ways:-

• Impact hammer testing

• Vibration tester

Vibration shakers

Energy is supplied to system with a known

frequency

SystemEnergy/

known

frequency

Point where structural resonance

occurs - F(X)

From force spectra and response spectra a transfer function is obtained

Which is curve fitted to estimate modal parameters.
