With more than 1,000 episodes underhis belt, he’s recognized as a de factoexpert on Pink Floyd.

He holds a Bachelor of Science inCommunications earned at IthacaCollege, Ithaca, N.Y., in 1989.

WHICH ONE’S PINK?Formed in 1965 by SYD BARRETT, NICK MASON, ROGERWATERS and RICK WRIGHT, Pink Floyd soon became the unof-ficial house band for London's psychedelic counterculture.
The group, named after American bluesmen Pink Anderson andFloyd Council, gained an early reputation for catering to patronsof London's infamous UFO club with cerebral improvisations andintense light shows.
With Barrett's mental decline and eventual replacement byDAVID GILMOUR, the band evolved into a master of conceptalbums, mostly under the direction of Waters.
"Dark Side of the Moon" (1973) remained on the Billboard chartfor a record 15 years, becoming the fourth best-selling record ofall time. "Wish You Were Here" (1975) and "The Wall" (1979)continued the Floyd reputation for solid songwriting, world-classmusicianship, and meticulous production.
Following Waters' split from the band in 1983, the group fell underthe leadership of Gilmour, and continued to produce albums andbreak concert records while Waters pursued a solo career.
On Jan. 17, 1996, Pink Floyd was inducted into the Rock & RollHall of Fame. Gilmour, Mason and Wright were in attendance;Waters and Barrett were not.
A decade later, Barrett died at his Cambridge home, succombingto complications of diabetes at the age of 60. Wright died onSept. 15, 2008, after a short battle with cancer. He was 65.
