A320 Family: strong market response

• Surpassed 9,000 Single Aisle orders
• 739 net orders, 455 deliveries ( backlog keeps growing)
• 305 CEO sold in 2012 (and 687 since NEO launch).
• Rate 42 - the highest ever rate for any commercial aircraft.
NEO:
• 62 % market share (1,734 vs 1,046 ac)
• 35 % more orders than MAX in 1st year after launch (1,226 vs 914ac)
• NEO development on track (1st P&W engine started ground tests in November)
Sharklets:
• First customer aircraft delivered
• Sharklet-Performance above expectations: 4 % fuel savings

The A330 – an ongoing success story

• New variant for A330 (242t)
with 450nm more range

A350 – Towards first flight

Airbus: Eco-efficient by nature
• Over the last 10 years, air-traffic increase by
50% with only 3% fuel consumption increase
• NEO: -15% fuel compared to CEO
• A350-1000 : -25% fuel compared to the 777
• Innovation and R&T focused on reducing fuel
burn and emissions by 85%
• Full support to EU Commission to negotiate a
global scheme at ICAO.
