Aircraft eEnablement (Connectivity & IFE ) Conference HEATHROW1st & 2nd October 2014, The Park Inn Hotel, Heathrow, UK

THE LEADING CONNECTIVITY FOCUSED EVENT FOR THE AVIATION INDUSTRY

Airlines are increasingly paying attention to establishing eEnablement processes and connectivity strategies (within the flight deck, cabin and on the ground). With approx. 900 airlines, and over 20,000 commercial aircraft in service, there is huge potential for connecting the world’s fleet. New-generation aircraft such as the 787 Dreamliner and the A350 increase the need for airlines to establish eEnablement strategies. Similarly, current generation aircraft such as the 737, A320, 777 and A380 are being retrofitted to include connectivity solutions.

Launched in 2013, the Aircraft eEnablement (Connectivity & IFE) Conference (AEEC 2013) was the first event of its kind to cover complete nose to tail connectivity. The 2014 conference will again be the perfect venue for the exchange of ideas for everything to do with aircraft connectivity and eEnablement processes. It will also provide exceptional networking opportunities for all attendees. The conference will help all airline departments to understand the operational benefits and revenue opportunities available with connected aircraft.

Who Should Attend?

• Airlines (Operations, Cabin Services, Passenger Interface, Brand Marketing and Engineering & Maintenance Departments)• Aircraft OEMs (Airframe and Engine Manufacturers• Component OEMs (Avionics, Seating and IFE Manufacturers)• Aviation IT (Hardware, Software and Content) Suppliers

Aircraft Commerce has been running successful conferences, on numerous aviation subjects for over twelve years, with a proven track record of giving suppliers prime opportunities to demonstrate their expert solutions to audiences of highly relevant airline attendees.

• In-Flight Phone and Mobile Network Providers • Cabin IFE, Cabin Designers and Connectivity Consultants • SATCOM Providers • Aviation Security Consultants

CONFERENCE AGENDA OF PRESENTATIONS

THE 2014 CONFERENCE AGENDA

The two day agenda of presentations, given by industry experts and airlines themselves, discuss the latest issues and trends in the rapidly developing sectors of cabin IFEC and flight deck connectivity. Case studies and parallel presentation tracks are included to ensure the delegates receive key, varied and fresh information contained within this focused two-day event format.

Presentations, Keynotes & Speakers:

Chaired by Simon Scholey, Chief Pilot Technical Flight Operations at British Airways, this tailored two-day conference will cover all aspects of aircraft communications, connectivity and IFE (for the ground, cockpit and cabin). The conference will help all airlines to better manage the operational benefits and revenue opportunities available for connected airplanes. The list of 2014 speakers includes a good mixture of airlines, aircraft OEMs, aviation IT suppliers, cabin IFE vendors and connectivity specialists, SATCOM providers and aviation consultants.

“The 2013 event was fruitful for us and I am looking forward to see how we can partner for the 2014 event”.

OnAir

“Great first-time event, thanks for organizing. We would like to be involved in any future events/discussions/collaborations to help the industry move forward with eEnablement initiatives. Lots of opportunity to move the needle here”.
