Tower Controller: “Cessna 236 Tango Foxtrot, Martinsburg Tower. Report 5 mile final, cleared to land runway 8.”

ECHO - THINK: ELSEWHERE REQUIREMENTS: • No communications required • Transponder - at and above 10,000’ MSL if more than 2,500’ AGL

SERVICES: Traffic advisories (workload permitting)
