WHAT YOU’LL NEED: • Borax • Warm water • White craft glue • Bean bag filling (also called polystyrene beads, can be found at most craft stores) • Food coloring • Small bowls • Large re-sealable bag • Measuring cups and spoons HOW TO DO IT 1. Start by dissolving 2 rounded teaspoons of borax in ½ cup of warm water. 2. Next, mix ¼ cup of white craft glue with ½ cup of water until combined. 3. In a re-sealable bag, add 1/3 cup of bean bag filling. Pour in the borax and glue mixtures. Add a few drops of food coloring for a more festive floam! 4. Seal the bag and mix the ingredients by squishing them with your hands. 5. Once everything is combined, remove from the bag and ta-da! you now have your very own floam! Keep experimenting by making different colored floam, or even tinkering with the ratio of borax and water to see if you can create a stiffer or gooier final product!
